Dance Artist • Brooklyn, NY
Molly Schaffner is a dance artist based in Brooklyn, NY. She received a B.A. in Art History and Dance from Oberlin College in 2011. She also studied for a year at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation from 2009-2010. Using play and and critical thought, she creates dances and other things that investigate the dimensions of space, time, and humanity. She has performed at Oberlin College, Smith College, and the Bates Dance Festival. Currently, she is working on solo material and performance improvisation.
